2.The use of the Website and the purchase of any goods or services from the website is governed by these terms and conditions. We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions from time to time without giving notice to you.

3.There is no charge imposed by us for accessing the Website but you must pay the cost of the communications link, you use to visit the Website.

4.Access to the Website may be suspended, restricted or terminated at any time.

1. We accept no responsibility for Websites or other information, practices or products of other parties linked to our Website. Your dealings with any person found via the Website are between you and such persons and we will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from such dealings.

1. Your submission of an order represents an offer to purchase the goods or services indicated by you and you acknowledge that we may decline to sell you any goods or services for any reason. All advertisements and communications made by us are invitations to treat only and are not offers. This means that if goods are shown on the Website are not available, are incorrectly priced or otherwise incorrectly described, we shall not be obliged to sell you those goods or services.

1. You will be charged the current price listed on the website for the relevant products and / or services. All prices are displayed on the Website in British Pounds Sterling and are inclusive of VAT, where applicable.

2. All products and services must be paid for in advance using PayPal or by Cheque. We do not currently accept payments over the phone.

3. Payments made via PayPal will require us to capture the payment which has been made.

4. We will only capture payments for Shoe Raises after we have received the footwear to be raised from you and have checked that the shoe is suitable to have the raise completed. Once we are satisfied that the raise can be done, the payment will be captured.

5. If payments are made by cheque, we reserve the right to despatch any goods ordered after the cheque has cleared our bank account.

1. We always endeavour to raise your footwear to the exact measurements required.
Measurements are taken from three different points of the shoe. Centre Heel, Ball of Foot and Toe End.
All measurements are however approximate and we reserve the right to allow an allowance of plus or minus 2mm. It shall be your own responsibility to ensure that any products, services or information available from this Website meet your specific requirements.

1.  All Shoe Raises, Insoles and Heel Elevators are custom made to the customer’s order. These are not stock products and are therefore non-returnable.
THIS DOES NOT AFFECT YOUR STATUTORY RIGHTS.

1. We will not be responsible for any failure to deliver goods or services to you or for any delay in delivery or damage to goods which is caused by events or circumstances beyond our control.
