Insoles Protect your feet with our high performance urethane poron insoles. Shock absorbing Poron 4000-Grey ensures superb protection against the underfoot impacts of walking and running. (Available in 3mm and 6mm Thicknesses) The softer option of Poron 94-Pink with it's slower rebound properties, allows a more even distribution of body weight and more cushioning of the foot.(Available in 3mm and 6mm Thicknesses)

Heel Elevators (lifts)

Heel elevators (lifts) Used for leg length discrepancies and therapy of the achilles tendon or simply to make you that little bit taller. Our heel elevators are available from 6mm to 20 mm and are covered in perforated leather for your comfort. Please state shoe size required when ordering.

Shoe repairs Badly worn or unevenly worn footwear can cause a range of walking difficulties and problems due to a change in your normal posture. Having your shoes repaired will ensure correct posture and save having to wear in a new pair. We use a large range of materials from lightweight microcellular rubber to hardwearing commando style units to repair your footwear. We will choose the most apppropriate material to repair your footwear

C & S Footwear Adaptions Ltd was established in June 2002 by business partners Christopher Cooke and Mark Spencer.With over 20 years combined experience, working as technicians within various departments of different Orthotic companies, the need for a specialist company dealing purely in the repairs and adaptations of patients footwear and the manufacturing of moulded and non moulded Insoles was realised. Using the initials of both directors’ surnames, i.e. Cooke and Spencer, C & S Footwear Adaptions Ltd was born.

Understanding the three main criteria within any successful business to be Quality, Price and the prompt Turnaround of finished goods, we have taken initiatives to fulfil these requirements.

Turnaround of Finished Products
 Being in possession of a 3000square foot industrial unit with 24 hour access, we are able to finish jobs to a time schedule that is totally in line with our customers needs. Urgent jobs can be prioritised to be turned round in as little as 24 hours if required.
