C & S Footwear Adaptions Ltd was established in June 2002 by business partners Christopher Cooke and Mark Spencer.With over 20 years combined experience, working as technicians within various departments of different Orthotic companies, the need for a specialist company dealing purely in the repairs and adaptations of patients footwear and the manufacturing of moulded and non moulded Insoles was realised. Using the initials of both directors’ surnames, i.e. Cooke and Spencer, C & S Footwear Adaptions Ltd was born.

Understanding the three main criteria within any successful business to be Quality, Price and the prompt Turnaround of finished goods, we have taken initiatives to fulfil these requirements.

Our High standard of workmanship has secured work from some of the largest Orthotic companies in the country, as well as contracts from some NHS Trusts.

We keep all overheads to a minimum, mainly by multi tasking and pass the savings on to the customer.

Turnaround of Finished Products
 Being in possession of a 3000square foot industrial unit with 24 hour access, we are able to finish jobs to a time schedule that is totally in line with our customers needs. Urgent jobs can be prioritised to be turned round in as little as 24 hours if required.
